Games ship from one of four strategically located shipping centers in Los Angeles, CA, Pittsburgh, PA, Tampa, FL and Austin, TX, via the US Postal Service first class mail. Shipping time on average to anywhere in the US is between 2 to 4 days.

9) What are the Parental Controls and how do they work?

The Parental Controls feature is a wonderful tool if you have children at home. Once you activate the Parental Controls feature on your account, parents have the ability to block game rentals and user submitted reviews based on the ESRB rating. This feature also allows parents to block PSP and Game Boy Advance movie rentals based on the MPAA rating.

10) How does “Keep it” work?

When you like a game so much that you don’t want to return it, you don’t have to – just keep it! All you have to do is go into your account and choose the Keep It option. You’ll pay a low pre-played game price and the shipping for the case and manual, which you’ll receive within 5 business days, is free!

11) Will I have to pay for a game that gets lost in the mail?

Members are not held responsible for a game that has been lost or delayed in the mail.
